Hello friend,

My name is Sonia the Little Witch.

Despite the name, I don’t own a broomstick or a black cat, and you won’t find me brewing potions (except maybe coffee).

Sonia is a derivative of Sophia (from the Greek: wisdom). I used to be called Love—literally—but then love met sorrow, and so wisdom was born.

One day, a friend said to me: “Sonia, how did you know all that? You must be a witch!” And that’s how “witch” came about—and stayed.

I added “little” later, as a reminder that true spirituality should not be ego-driven.

I am not a psychic, but I am a highly sensitive person and an empath, as defined by Dr. Elaine Aron in her book of the same name.

Sadly, I am not Gandalf the White—nor even Gandalf the Grey (though I do live in New Zealand). Instead, I am a certified Tarot Reader and Evolutionary Astrologer, forever growing and learning.
